How It Works

OPTION 1: SIGNATURE PIZZA BAR

PRICE:

$25 per person
$150 service fee.
Transportation fee, varies based on location

DESCRIPTION:

Host picks 5 pizzas from the catering menu (available at the bottom of this page). One of each is placed on a serving table and guests come by and serve themselves slices while American Pies staff keeps pizza coming hot out of the oven
Appetizers, sides and salads can be added from the catering menu (available at the bottom of this page).
1 American Pies crew member (2 if guest count is over 100) will be responsible for restocking food and keeping the buffet tidy throughout service
Our pricing is based on the buffet located at our oven where your guests can enjoy watching us fire the pizza! If you would like the buffet located elsewhere, an additional server will be required at a cost of $150

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

4 hour service time. Extra time can be added if necessary, for $5o per 30 min
Paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes
Setup comes complete with black linens, pizza labels, stands, and all necessary serving equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

This option requires a minimum of 25 guests to book.

OPTION 2: HOT AND READY

PRICE:

$1,000 flat rate

DESCRIPTION:

Guests are served slices of cheese and pepperoni pizza on paper plates as they walk up to the truck. Guests will not have to wait in line.
American Pies crew will keep making pizzas so that slices are always available throughout service. After 2.5 hours have passed or 60 pizzas are made (whichever comes first), the crew will stop serving and pack up.

Paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

Gluten-free crust available for an additional $4 per person. Please inform us of any gluten-free needs ahead of time so that we can prepare accordingly Gluten-free pizzas are prepared and cooked in the same area as the regular pizzas therefore we do not recommend this for severe allergies.

Dairy-free cheese is available for an additional $3 per person. Please. inform us of any dairy-free needs ahead of time so that we can prepare accordingly

Appetizers are priced per person, with a minimum of 25 orders per appetizer.

American Pies Signature Breadstick Basket $2

A basket of our fresh made breadsticks brushed with our signature garlic and herb oil. Coupled with our delicious marinara sauce for dipping.

American Pies Signature Bread, Cheese & fruit Board $5

Slices of our fresh made focaccia, toasted baguette, and spinach & garlic sourdough, served with an assortment of gourmet cheeses and seasonal fruit. Charcuterie can be added for an extra $2.

Caprese Salad $3

Mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves on skewers and drizzled with balsamic glaze

Mixed Greens Salad $3

Traditional mix of greens, with cucumbers, bell peppers, black olives, marinated artichoke hearts, and red onions. Comes with two dressing choices; Buttermilk Ranch & Italian.

Greek Salad $3

Traditional mix of greens, with tomatoes, colored peppers, Kalamata olives, red onions feta cheese. Comes with a homemade greek dressing.

Caesar Salad $3

Crispy romaine lettuce tossed with Parmesan cheese, croutons and creamy Caesar dressing

Hummus, focaccia and Veggies $4

Hummus served with our fresh made focaccia, and an array of colorful vegetables for dipping.

Spinach Artichoke dip and Pita Chips $3

Spinach artichoke dip served hot with our fresh made pita chips.

Bruschetta $3

Fresh made french bread sliced and toasted. Topped with fresh tomatoes, fresh basil olive oil and balsamic glaze. (add fresh mozzarella for an additional .50)

A rich and creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with your choice of penne or rotini pasta
